I started my Career as an Executive Search Division Manager and then was the first Human Capital professional in Israel who moved to the business world. I worked more than decade in the Venture Capital Industry. I was Vice President Human Resources and a General Partner in Israel Seed Partners, Human Capital Consultant in Benchmark Capital Israel and Vice President Human Capital in Gemini Israel Fund.
As a strategic people advisor, I am dedicated to helping transform organizations and adapt them to their targets and goals, focusing on the business's human aspects - from senior leadership to overall people strategy.
I have conducted hundreds of Due Diligence processes focusing on the people, organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, and their fit to the company strategy.
My work output is always actionable, and I work closely with the management and leadership to implement the recommended steps and monitor the change processes.
I act as a leadership facilitator, instruct, and coach entrepreneurs and executives towards personal growth as founders and CxOs.
I hold a BA in Hebrew Literature & General Studies from the Hebrew University and a Certificate in HR Management from the Open University. I graduated Harvard Business School's Strategic IQ: Creating Smarter Corporations program. I also a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), a US-based global training school accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and I have Group Leadership Certification from Bar-Ilan University and Academic Certification in Directors and other senior corporate officeholders from IDC Executive Education.
I am a member of the Board of Directors at Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, and also a member of the Board of Directors at ‘Hashomer Hachadash’ (a non-profit organization) and in SunDo - the first Agri-Community platform. In addition, I was the Chairman of the Board of a Community center (Matnas) Kadima-Zoran, and a member of the Israeli Board of ISEF – The International Education Foundation Fund, and also an active in the Junior Achievement Israel (Yazamim T'zeirim).
