Mangment Assesments

When making an investment; or undergoing an acquisition or merger; it is essential to evaluate the product,  finance, and market. 

However, most research indicates that investments and mergers often fail due to Human  Capital.

Throughout many years in the Venture Capital Industry, I have developed a “Human Resources Due Diligence  Model” that I have successfully used in numerous Management Assessment  processes.

Even where a company wishes to lead a change, this Management Assessment process helps to  highlight, identify, evaluate and direct, the essential facets, and areas, that should be  focused on.

My model encompasses the  alignment between the company’s DNA,  its strategy, operational procedures,  and culture.
