  To satisfy a client is not good enough in the modern era – a "delighting" the client is the key word. The tools and capabilities that a good manager is required to have in the 21st century are very different from what we used to think are needed. 
  The lecture displays the challenges that have taken place over the past decade and their influence on the client's conception on the one hand and on management capabilities on the other.  All of them are displayed by many practical examples from my personal experience while accompanying companies in their growth.
